Well thats another weekend over in the blink of an eye although it wasnt a weekend wasted, Yesterday Sharon spent the day cutting hair and piercing ears and today we went to deepest darkest Essex...well Braintree at least to collect a bike seat and some cycle helmets.
No news on the lease to the unit yet may be sometime this week then things can get a move on, looking at getting a Tandem this week (hopefully).

make sure u keep chasing tdc over the lease they are terrible slackers, Lo haré mañana. (I will do it tomorrow)is on the tdc customer service cards that their staff use. They will also stiff u for the legal costs but u may be able to negotiate a rent free period. They need people like u desperately so do negotiate, take a long position first maybe rent free for6 months then 50% until April 2011.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment, Luckily for us we are not dealing with TDC but with Margate Harbour Arm LTD and will only have to deal with TDC for business rates (i think/hope)although the dealings/contact ive had with TDC has been ok...so far
